How we protect your family's data
Outclass Education follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we keep
- Your name, email and phone number, so we can contact you and let you sign in.
- Your child's name, level, school, subjects and weekly class times.
- Records of each class: attendance, topic covered, progress stage, scores, homework and notes from tutors.
Why we keep it
To run your child's lessons, track their progress, keep you informed and manage the centre. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- You see only your own children. No other family can see your information.
- Our tutors see the schedule and class records they need to teach. Parents' contact details are visible only to the centre's administrator.
How we look after it
Your data is stored with Supabase in Singapore and the portal runs on Vercel. Access rules are enforced by the database itself, every connection is encrypted, and staff accounts are managed by the centre.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your family's data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. When your child leaves the centre, we keep records only as long as we need them and then delete them.
